What We Believe

Mission Statement -- To make disciples who make

disciples through evangelism, training and resourcing

the church.

About God

There is only one God who is the creator of the universe and eternally exists in three persons; God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit. God HATES sin enough to give every sinner death and yet loves sinners enough to send His only Son Jesus to die in our place and rise from the dead to conquer death for us. The Holy Spirit indwells and works through all who repent of their sin and put their faith in Jesus Christ alone.

About Man

We believe that mankind is made in God's image. We were created to have a relationship with our maker. We also believe man consciously and willingly rebelled and became sinful. The Bible teaches that this sin leads to death and that every human has sinned and deserves death. We believe that fallen man can be forgiven, cleansed and made new through faith in Jesus Christ. Those that trust in Him should follow Him in believer's baptism and allow the Holy Spirit to work through them to reach others.

About the Bible

We believe that the Bible is God's inspired, inherent word to a lost and dying world. It is His instruction manual for life and the revelation of His undying love for mankind. It speaks of His power, justice, holiness and perfect love.

About the Church

We believe that the church is the Bride of Christ and His vehicle to carry the message of the Gospel to everyone on earth. Christ's prayer for the church is that it be unified. The sooner we can learn to overlook our petty differences the better we will reflect who Christ is to the nations.

About the Gospel

We believe that the Gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ's death, burial and resurrection in our place. That Gospel alone is the power unto salvation. We believe in the role of the evangelist to equip the church for this great work. We believe that Christ's return for His church hinges on the Gospel being preached to the ends of the earth. To this end we say come Lord Jesus come.
